Biologika sind eine hochwirksame Behandlung für Patienten mit Psoriasis. Im Falle eines Sekundärversagens bzw. einer Tachyphylaxie soll die Kombinationstherapie von Apremilast und Biologika eine sichere und wirksame Option darstellen.
