Histr: Erstbeschreibung durch Sneddon und Wilkinson im Jahre 1956

Vork: - selten

- Frauen überwiegen Männer = 4/1

Lok: - große Körperfalten (insbes. Leisten und Axillae) und Abdomen

- Körperperipherie ist meist ausgespart

Note: kein Schleimhautbefall

KL: - schlaffe polyzyklische Pusteln auf meist nur wenig entzündlicher Haut

- häufig Konfluenz mit Ausbildung anulärer bzw. serpiginöser Formen

Verl: schubartig, chronisch rezidivierend

IHC: DIF und IIF negativ

Hi: - subkorneale Pusteln mit rel. scharfer Begrenzung

- keine Spongiosis

CV: i. G. zur Psoriasis pustulosa

Ass: - IgA-Paraproteinämie

- Plasmozytom

- Colitis ulcerosa

- rheumatoide Arthritis

- Pyoderma gangraenosum

TF: Infekte

Bsp: Mycoplasma pneumoniae, HIV

DD: AGEP, Dermatitis herpetiformis, eosinophile pustulöse Follikulitis Ofuji, Impetigo contagiosa, Pemphigus foliaceus, Psoriasis pustulosa
