Dos: 1-2x/Tag 200 mg p.o. für 6-12 Monate

Altn: - Fluconazol

- Amphotericin B

Ind: schwere disseminierte Infektionen

Dos: 0,5 mg/kg/Tag i.v. für 8-10 Wochen (Gesamtdosis vom 1,5-2,5 g)

Co: Anschlusstherapie mit Itraconazol möglich
