Die rezessive dystrophische Epidermolysis bullosa ist eine hereditäre bullöse Dermatose, die auf einen Mangel an Typ-VII-Kollagen zurückzuführen ist. Intravenöse allogene mesenchymale Stroma- / Stammzellen aus dem Knochenmark sind bei Erwachsenen mit rezessiver dystrophischer Epidermolysis bullosa unbedenklich und können einen klinischen Nutzen von mindestens 2 Monaten haben.
